Booking Confirmation: No booking is considered confirmed unless advance payment is made.

Parking and Toll Taxes: Passengers are responsible for paying parking fees and toll taxes during the ride.

Full-Day Ride: A full day of service is counted as 8 hours or 80 km only. Any time / km beyond this will incur additional hourly charges or per km. If a customer spends more time at one location, they will lose time for the next destination. This is not the responsibility of Frisky Trails - By Rustagi Tours & Travels.

Fixed Plans: Cars are provided on a fixed plan basis. Customers must specify the plan they choose before taking the vehicle.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Before 15 days of the tour: 50% cancellation charges.

2. Before 10 days of the tour: 30% cancellation charges.

3. Within 4 days of the tour: No refund.

4. Post-Booking Cancellation: If you cancel the booking after the specified time frame, Rustagi Tours & Travels reserves the right to retain the entire booking amount.

Extra Destinations: Adding an extra destination to the planned route will incur additional charges.

Entry Tickets: If customers visit locations that require extra entry fees for vehicles, they are responsible for paying the entry tickets.

Cancellation during Multi-Day Tours: If any multi-day tour is cancelled during the course of the tour, the customer must pay the full amount. Frisky Trails - By Rustagi Tours & Travels reserves the right to take legal action if payment is not made.

Jurisdiction: All decisions and disputes related to bookings and services are subject to the jurisdiction of Dharamshala.

Agreement to Terms: By booking and using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
